Plano Balloon Festival 2009:Today organizers of the 2009 EDS Credit Union Plano Balloon Festival launched a mobile outdoor advertising campaign to promote awareness for the upcoming annual event on September 18, 19 and 20. Radius Mobile Media was selected to conduct an area-wide awareness campaign leading up to the three day festival on September 18, 19 and 20.
